On June 26th, 2010, Daniel's UK road safety advert 'Embrace Life' was awarded Bronze at The Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. On June 12th the New York Festival International Advertising Awards gave the film a Gold award. Produced by Sarah Alexander and created for the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership, the film has had over 11 million views on YouTube alone as well as being featured at the annual TED.com conference, shown on CNN and covered in Metro by D&AD.
